Privacy statement

Who we are

Cohelion B.V., Schiehavenkade 50-52, Rotterdam, the Netherlands. We build decision software for aviation services. This statement covers this website; it does not cover the Cohelion platform, which runs under the data-processing agreements we sign with each customer.

What we collect

The contact form asks for your name, work email, and optionally your company, role, the products you are interested in, and a message. We collect it only when you send the form.

The site uses Google Analytics to understand which pages are read. That involves a cookie and an anonymised usage profile. We do not run advertising trackers and we do not sell or share visitor data for marketing.

Why we collect it

Form data is used for one purpose: answering your enquiry. The legal basis is your consent, given by sending the form. Analytics data is used to improve the site, on the basis of our legitimate interest in knowing what works.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for as long as the conversation is live, and up to two years after the last contact so we have context if you come back. Analytics data follows the Google Analytics retention setting, which we cap at 14 months.

Who else sees it

Our website hosting provider processes traffic on our behalf, and Google processes analytics data under its data-processing terms. Nobody else. We never sell personal data.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask what we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, or object to its use. Call us on +31 10 2400 934 or use the contact form and we will respond within 30 days. You can also complain to the Dutch data-protection authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
